More Info

The works adopt the use of symbols or hieroglyphs taken from the graphics that litter and adorn the sides of transportation vehicles that move across America. In a world of systems, flows and movement, certain forms of mobility offer the chance to think about the force, traction and violence of dynamic and liquid economies of space and time. The works speak to the drag, power and weight of mobility, the signs that come with it. These are abstract so much that signs and symbols take the shape of industrial tools, or parts in a larger system and machine.
