Commissioned by Commissions East as part of the Harlow Art and the New Town, artists’ regeneration project. The project involved filming at two locations in Harlow, Bishopsfield and the house of the master planner of Harlow New Town, Sir Frederick Gibberd. Ironically, Gibberd’s masterplan of a modernist town settled with a never before seen investment in public art by Henry Moore, Barbara Hepworth and Lyn Chadwick was dreamt of from his house at the outskirts of the town where he surrounded himself with neo-classical architectural fragments, fantasy grottos and gothic decoration.
